The Master Agreement for Yaar.pk Community
1. Food Health & Freshness / صحت اور صفائی
Selling food older than 2 days is strictly prohibited. Kitchens must ensure fresh, hygienic food. In case of food poisoning or illness, the Kitchen is solely liable. Yaar.pk will provide all Kitchen data to Police/Authorities for legal action.
2 دن سے زائد پرانا کھانا بیچنا سخت منع ہے۔ کھانے سے بیماری یا زہر خوری کی صورت میں کچن خود ذمہ دار ہوگا اور قانونی کاروائی کے لیے پولیس کو ڈیٹا فراہم کیا جائے گا۔2. Buyer & Seller Responsibility / ذمہ داری
Kitchens are local public assets. Every person is responsible for checking food during purchase. Every kitchen activity and every customer payment is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
کچن عوامی اثاثہ ہیں۔ خریداری کے وقت کھانے کی جانچ پڑتال کسٹمر کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ تمام سرگرمیوں اور ادائیگیوں کے ذمہ دار کچن اور کسٹمر خود ہیں۔3. Company Liability Waiver / کمپنی کی ذمہ داری
Yaar.pk is a facilitator only. We are not responsible for food quality or financial transactions. Our role is limited to banning scammers and bad kitchens to ensure a secure environment.
کمپنی صرف ایک پلیٹ فارم ہے۔ ہم کھانے کے معیار یا رقم کے لین دین کے ذمہ دار نہیں۔ ہمارا کام صرف دھوکہ بازوں اور ناقص کچن پر پابندی لگانا ہے۔4. Protection of Honest Kitchens / ایماندار کچن کا تحفظ
We protect kitchens working honestly. Fake complaints or refusing to pay for food is a crime. Fraudulent complainers and scammers will face account termination and strict legal actions.
ایماندار کچن کا تحفظ ہماری ترجیح ہے۔ جھوٹی شکایت کرنے والوں یا کھانا لے کر پیسے نہ دینے والوں کے خلاف سخت قانونی کاروائی کی جائے گی۔5. Payment & Scam Policy
Transactions are at your own risk. Do not pay in advance. Any user found in fraudulent activities will be dealt with under the Laws of Pakistan and reported to the FIA Cybercrime Wing.
ایڈوانس پیمنٹ ہرگز نہ کریں۔ دھوکہ دہی کرنے والوں کا ڈیٹا ایف آئی اے (FIA) کو دیا جائے گا اور سخت قانونی کاروائی کی جائے گی۔6. Community Conduct
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Misbehavior with chefs, customers, or delivery personnel will lead to an immediate ban.
کچن مالکان یا کسٹمرز کے ساتھ بدتمیزی کرنے پر اکاؤنٹ فوری بند کر دیا جائے گا۔
